10 Minutes to Radical Relaxation

I’d like to share with you a free audio movement exploration based on a neuromuscular key that will help you unlock a state of deep relaxation.

That key is one you hold in your hand—your dominant hand.

The dominant hand—the right hand, if you’re “right handed”—is a part of the body we’re all accustomed to using throughout the day in a significant way.

In a neuromuscular sense, there’s a lot “going on” with the dominant hand.

And because it’s such an important part of the body, the muscular activation, or tonus of the dominant hand is also often strongly connected to the tonus of the rest of the body.

If you can take things down a notch with the dominant hand, you’ll often see similar effects elsewhere in the system.

Result: Soften the dominant hand, and you can soften the whole system.

The audio lesson below helps you do just that.

You can think of it as kind of an active meditation. If “regular” meditation isn’t really your thing, or you’re looking for some tools to help you quickly relax and destress at the end of the day, give this a try.

All you’ll need is a comfortable spot on the floor. You can also do these movements lying in bed, or seated on a chair. Just make sure it’s somewhere quiet where you won’t be disturbed.

Then click the play button below, and I’ll guide you through some gentle movements with the dominant hand that will help you quickly access a whole new level of relaxation—no drugs required.
