Hand Yourself the Gift of Easier Movement

I’ve been a desk jockey on and off for a long time.

And like many people who use computers for work, I’ve dealt with my fair share of typer’s ache.

In my case, it was almost constant wrist pain.

At my worst point, I was wearing a brace on my right hand all day, and still experiencing considerable pain.

You see, here’s the really tough thing about repetitive stress injuries:

Your habits are what’s hurting you—and habits can be hard to break.

I was still in pain because my habitual patterns of movement remained the same as they were before the brace.

And unless I could replace those movement habits with better habits, ones that wouldn’t cause pain, all the braces in the world weren’t going to do much.

It wasn’t until I started to think about how the hand and wrist connected to the rest of the arm and the shoulder joint—how all these parts “talked” to each other and integrated with the rest of the body—that I began to uncover a sustainable solution to my chronic pain.

But I don’t want you to have to go through what I did.

That’s why I created Reaching for Relief.

Reaching for Relief is a series of audio lessons, based on principles of the Feldenkrais Method, to help you find relief from pain and discomfort in your arms, hands, wrists, and elbows.

Whether you’re dealing with carpal tunnel syndrome, wrist tendonitis, tennis elbow, osteoarthritis, or any other pain or discomfort in your arm, elbow, wrist, or hand, Reaching for Relief will help you get back in touch with easy, graceful reaching and grasping.

The lessons in this powerful audio series will help you reclaim intuitive, easy movement through the power of neuroplasticity, the brain’s ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections.

Each lesson will guide you in accessing your nervous system’s innate ability to reorganize and reintegrate all the parts of the arm with the powerful “prime mover” joint of the shoulder.

Reaching for Relief is the tool I wish I’d had 15 years ago. It’s still in the works, but sign up below to be notified as soon as it’s available and receive a coupon for 20% off the full price.
